Cancellation Policy
Foothill Volleyball Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring quality program delivery. Cancellations 30+ Days in Advance Participants may cancel their registration up to 30 days prior to the program start date for a full refund. Cancellations Within 30 Days Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date will incur a $15 fee to cover supplies and administrative services. Program Credit (After 30 Days) After the 30-day window, registration fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred as a credit toward another Foothill Volleyball program. Credits are valid for up to one (1) year from the original program start date. Credits are non-transferable between participants. No-Shows / Missed Sessions No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions or failure to attend. Refund & Cancellation Requests All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the program start date. To process a request, participants must contact Stephanie Robinette at stephanie.robinette@gmail.com . Requests received after the 30-day deadline will follow the policies outlined above. Foothill Volleyball reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs as needed. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.
